My Will Kit uses an AI-powered chat assistant, provided by Voiceflow, to help users find answers to common questions about the will kit service.
Chat transcripts may be collected and reviewed to improve the quality and accuracy of the service. These transcripts can include the messages you type into the chat widget.
We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information through the chat. You should not enter personal details such as full names, home addresses, dates of birth, financial information, or any data that would go into a will into the chat widget.
